Furnaces For Reheating & Heat Treatment

Wellmake Engineering Company offers a range of Reheating and Heat Treatment Furnaces in box/chamber type, continuous forging and bogie hearth types. The fuel can be diesel, furnace oil, RFO or LSHS. The furnaces offered are with automatic on/off control, microprocessor base PID control, and programmable temperature control. The fuel and air control can be diaphragm-based valves, butterfly valves or mass flow measurement of fuel and air control type, depending upon customer requirement. The capacities offered are 1 tonne/batch up to 30 tonne/batch. The temperature control accuracy ranges from ±25°C to ±5°C. The insulation material offered is ceramic fibre modules or latest monomax lining. Heating is by burners of best Indian/imported make. The control and recording Scada base system with PC is also offered as optional. Complete data of heating rate, temperature achieved, fuel, air being consume with total consumption, etc., is available on demand and stored for production of up to 1 year using Eurotherm’s state-of-the-art controls and instrumentation. Furnace pressure controls also offered optionally for maintaining the desired furnace pressure with automatic electro pneumatically operated damper. Other products include: box type forging furnace; furnace in hot condition; furnace pressure control; heat treatment furnace with oil quenching for 60 feet long end forged pipes for oil rigs; bogie hearth heat treatment furnace; chamber/box forging furnace; and controls for furnaces.
