This includes: multi chamber sealed quench furnaces - save up to 40% cost of operation, especially for low/medium depth, case hardening (carburising/carbo nitriding) - also conventional SQF; ferritic nitro carburising furnaces; bainitic hardening-ADI casting equipment; decarb annealing-wound cores electric motor installations; heat processing equipment for nuclear fuel and allied minerals; roller hearth/bogie hearth/pusher type-continuous furnaces – LPG/oil fired up to 200 T/batch and 10 T/HR; pit furnaces 5 m dia x 12 m depth- for normalising/annealing-batch loading – 100T; continuous brazing furnace for SS parts; carbon yarn fusing furnaces – multi-strand continuous type; tower melting furnace for aluminium up to 1000 kg/hr; T6 heat treatment furnaces for aluminium alloys (including AL-sander process); flexible carburising-rotary hearth with press quench facility; atmosphere generators, ENDO/EXO/NH, cracker, etc; carbon potential/dew point control system; software development (SCADA based) for process control and data logging and acquisition systems; furnaces-CQI-9 compliance; TUS/SAT/radiation test and sensor and temperature instrument calibration as per AMS 2750 D; and classic nitriding furnaces with H2 potential control.
