Conveyor Belt Furnace

Shikovi Heat Gen Technologies offers a Conveyor Belt furnace. This is a revolving SS belt furnace, handling temperatures from 700oC to 1100°C, with thyristor fired electrical heaters. The furnace is highly insulated with insulation bricks and ceramic fibre to avoid heat loss. High quality metal belt is provided for loading and unloading of materials with adjustable speed AC motor drive, driven by pinch roller mechanism. It has inert atmosphere furnace retort and water cooled preheating and cooling zones. It can handle carbon rich (Endo/Exo gas), highly reducing (hydrogen, dissociated ammonia), inert (nitrogen, argon) atmospheres. Applications: bright annealing of any metal components; copper brazing, any brazing application; and any heat treatment process which requires atmospheres mentioned above.
