Bogie Hearth Furnaces

Bogie hearth models are custom built furnaces for various heat treatment processes of large/big components. The general arrangement is rectangular horizontal chamber constructed out of refractories with high service temperature, with vertical lifting counter balanced insulated door. The bogie can be loaded manually/completely mechanised. The centralised control panel is floor mounted. These are ideal for large components: preheating, hardening, annealing, normalising, stress relieving, special purpose heat treatment.
