Advance Heating Systems offers a Bogie type Furnace used for normalising/stress relieving of castings/fabricated structures. This furnace is suitable for heavy loads and can be designed for loads up to 40,000 kg. Items to heat-treated are placed on the hearth of the furnace. The hearth is then moved into the furnace through an electro-mechanical system. Here the furnace is heated through a programmable temperature control system to desired temperature and required properties are achieved. The mode of heating can be oil/gas or electrical power.
