Bell Furnace

Bell Type Bright Annealing Furnaces are designed with Electric Resistance Heating and in fuel/gas fired systems. The installation comprise of liftable heating hood, fixed bases, gas protective covers, forced air cooling hood and automatic temperature control panel. Flue efficiency is achieved by

• Furnace lined completely with ceramic fibre
• High convection circulating fans rotating at higher rpm
• Specially designed steel tube recuperator in fuel fired furnaces
• Self Engaged Plug and sockets for Electric connection in Resisting Heating furnace; Thyristors provided optionally.
• Microprocessor based Digital self turned PID Controllers, Motorised Air and Diaphramed Oil valves
• Complete automation of Temperature and Time control system with soaking time set, Gas pressure, Water pressure, Fuel and Lubricating oil control, Fuel and Air control
