Batch Type Furnace With Trolley

Shikovi Heat Gen Technologies offers a Batch Type Furnace with Trolley for loading/unloading. This is a LPG gas and electrical duel fired furnace with capacity of handling temperatures from 150°C to 600-700° C with high velocity impellers, highly insulated with insulation bricks and ceramic fibre to avoid heat loss. The furnace is provided with pulley chain mechanism for opening and closing the door. A trolley is provided for loading and unloading of material with AC motor and AC motor driver for the same with heavy-duty rack and pinion arrangement. Applications: stress relieving, tempering of long shafts; aging, solution annealing of components; and batch type glass annealing or decoration.
