Annealing Furnaces

Annealing Furnaces are used in various sectors like transformer industries, forging industries, Heat treatment of S.G Iron, Malleable Iron industries etc. These furnaces consume very low energy per unit output (SEC). Furnaces are available in all sizes right from 5 kg to 6 tonne output capacity. Electrical furnaces are available for sintering, holding of aluminium melts etc. Elements used in furnaces are vertical coils protruded externally to facilitated ease of access terminal and create volute having maximum transfer rate of energy. Element are housed in fibre modules packed at a density of about 200 Kg/m³ reinforced with Zircon based coatings for longer life of modules and more heat transfer. The speciality of these furnaces is zero cross over switching that makes its operation smooth and noiseless.
