As India’s biggest and most experienced vacuum furnace manufacturer (since 1991), the company has had extensive exposure and experience with the sophisticated needs of vacuum heat treatment and brazing requirement. The company has sufficient experience and expertise in design, manufacture and maintenance of high vacuum requirements of the aerospace brazing needs (order of 10-5 torr or better) using either Varian or Leybold make diffusion pumps; compliance with AS 9100 quality system for its end users to enable their complying with aerospace MRO companies requirements; and all Dynatech vacuum furnaces are provided with PC based SCADA control system and or with touch screen control system with remote access and trouble shoot facility.
