Turbosteam Boiler

Veesons Energy Systems offers a Turbosteam Boiler, available in three types. In the Fluidised Front Feed (FFF) boiler, the fuel is fed from the front of the boiler through a fuel feeding pipe and SS hard faced turbulator arrangement. The fuel is fired on uniquely designed air nozzles with sufficient pressure drop to burn the fuel in suspension. Turbulent combustion of fuel ensures improved efficiency. In the Fluidised Over Feed (FOS) boiler, the fuel is fed from the top of the boiler through a fuel feeding nozzle and spreading cone arrangement. The spreading cone enables uniform distribution of fuel above the nozzles. In the Pneumatic Over Feed (POS) boiler, the fuel is pneumatically lifted from the top and fired on specially designed grate bars with sufficient pressure drop. Fuel like wood and coal can be fired with add-on components.
