STEAM BOILERS

Saz Boilers offer Steam Boilers, Vapomax. It is available in vertical design ranging from 50 kg/hr to 600 kg/hr. Its features are: designed for high efficiency of 87% ±2%; fully automatic operation - runs On-Off automatically on steam requirement, hence consumes minimum fuel and gives best operating efficiency; designed for high pressure saturated steam generation; designed for easy operation and maintenance; all standard indigenous parts ensure easy availability of spares; due to coil type design and maximum safety features incorporated, there are no explosion hazards; the burner of the boiler is adjusted to a high CO2 content and a high degree of efficiency maintaining clean combustion, almost free of air pollutants; and instant steam - the device produces steam within three to four minutes from cold start to full pressure. Instrumentation and control: The steam boiler is a fully automatic boiler. In any abnormal conditions either due to oil, water or flame failure, it shuts off and gives an alarm, indicating fault on control panel, so we can easily rectify the fault. Applications: plastic, rubber, paper industries; food industry - dairies, fruit and vegetable canning; dehydration, hotels, refining process, etc; chemical and pharmaceutical industry; textile, curing machines, etc; timber seasoning, fertilizers, pesticides, metal finishing and any other process industries.
