Steam Boilers – IBR

Aero Therm Systems offers fully automatic packaged Steam Boilers (IBR) having capacity from 100 kg/hr to 2000 kg/hr with operating pressure of 10.54 kg/cm². Smoke Tube and Water Tube versions are available. Specially designed small industrial boilers (SIB) are also available. The fuel can be solid, liquid or gaseous. The unit has efficiency of 86 ±2% on NCV. Optional accessories like air pre-heater and economisers can be provided to boost up the efficiency in the range of 99% on NCV. Apart from steam boilers, the company also offers thermic fluid heaters, hot air/water generators, fully automatic pressure jet oil/gas fired burners, ovens, tray dryers, fluid bed dryers, etc., and these products are widely used in the industries like breweries and distilleries, bitumen plant, chemicals, cables and conductors, food and pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, hotels and hospitals, packaging, plastics, petrochemicals, powder coating, rubbers, textile, etc. Apart from the domestic market, these equipments are also exported to countries like Bahrain, Bangladesh, Jordan, Kenya, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Sudan, Sultanate of Oman, USA, and many others.
