Steam Boilers - Agro-Waste/Biomass/Solid Fuel Fired

Elite Thermal Engineers offers a range of agro-waste/biomass/solid fuel fired Steam Boilers having range of output capacities from 500 kg/hr to 15000 kg/hr and above, working pressures up to 20 kg/cm² (g) and above. These steam boilers can be offered either in internal furnace type or external furnace type. These boilers are designed and manufactured as per Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR). Technically adequate heat transfer areas are provided giving superior thermal efficiency. Steam space and water space are also designed in such a way for the boiler to be effective to respond to fluctuating loads. Liberal grate area is provided to ensure complete combustion and elimination of clinker formation. Significant savings in running cost can be achieved when the operation is compared to that of an equivalent oil fired boiler. Multi-cyclone separator is provided as a standard accessory to clean the outgoing flue gases from the boiler. Heat recovery units such as air pre-heater or feed water pre-heater can be provided as optional accessories which recover maximum possible waste heat from flue gases giving superior thermal efficiency
