Salient features: complete steel construction; custom designed in multiple effects with respect to availability of steam; semi Kestner/Robert type evaporators as per plant layout; reamed finished tube holes and ligaments made in close tolerance; all seams are welded with SMAW/MIG welding process with approved welding procedures and qualified welders; all vessels provided with quick opening man holes for ease of maintenance; all connections such as light/sight glasses (chrome plated), covers, washing coils for hot/cold water and caustic soda, juice inlet/outlet are welded on the vessels; meticulously designed Save All/Catch All for minimum entrainment; additional poly baffles provided for zero entrainment; special layout of tubes and air passage for quick withdrawal of noxious gases and good circulation of steam/vapour; all accessories, valves and fittings on clients' request; and glass wool insulation and aluminium cladding after complete erection for minimum heat loss.
