The system is fully automatic with additional provision for manual operation and generates steam within a very short time of cold start. It normally includes steam chamber, feed pump and motor, high pressure switch, magnetic water level controller, AMS controller, safety valve, mounting fitting, control panel, base frame to accommodate above assembly. Steam generation principle is by resistance heating.
