Mukund Sales And Services offers Electrod Boiler And Electric Boiler. Electrode boilers are used in industrial applications, where large amounts of water must be converted to steam. Electrode boilers have a very quick delivery time, which makes them excellent for use in intermittent or cyclical operations. Our Electrode Boilers operate on the principle that electricity passed through any resistant material causes an increase in that resistant materials temperature. In this case the resistant material is water. The use of this principle ensures that firstly, no external heating mechanism is required, and secondly, rendering the boiler safe under all operating conditions. i.e. no water, no resistant material and no increase in temperature. Electric boilers are effective water and liquid heating devices for industrial, commercial and home applications. In comparison with other types of boilers, such as gas or oil heaters, electric systems are safe, clean and quiet. They also provide near-total efficiency, at least in the electricity used by the boiler. Electric heating, however, is typically a far more expensive option than oil and other fuels. Depending on the source of the electricity, though, it can be the most environmentally friendly choice available. When purchasing an electric boiler, a number of concerns must be addressed. First and foremost should be the boiler's capacity, which most applies to the amount of liquid that can be heated over any given time period. An electric boiler's heating power is measured in BTU per hour, which essentially translates to the amount of water a unit could heat in an hour. Potential buyers should have a good idea of the amount of water which their boiler will need to heat over a certain time period. The boiler tank will also have a psi rating, which is the amount of pressure it can safely contain. Vessels should meet the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards and any other specifications necessary to your application. Typical electric boiler heats water with a number of immersion heaters, which sit within the water itself, radiating heat. Electricity heats these components (sometimes coils), which then heat the water. A gas or oil heater usually features a bottom burner rather than immersion heaters. The water chamber itself is often a steel, cast iron or copper container, although other materials can be used. A circulating pump helps feed the boiler, and a tube output allows heated water to travel to the necessary location. Some units may include pressure relief valves and drain valves. Boilers also feature temperature and pressure gauges so that users can monitor the state of the water inside the boiler. Proper tank insulation is a relevant factor as well.
