Supertherm fully automatic, coil type, non IBR, 4 pass boilers are out side perview of Boiler Act. These are available from 50 to 1000 kg/hr capacities. Different fuels like LDO/HSD/FO/GAS can be used.. This is a vertical type forced water circulation instant steam generator. Spirally wound steam coil is concentrically placed within the assembly firmed by outer shell and inner shell. The passage between outer shell and inner shell is provided with aluminium foil, which act as a heat retarder. This passage act as a combustion air pre-heater. Steam coil is manufactured out of seamless tube. Unique burner fabricated from aluminium casting and brass has special spring loading arrangement which makes burner lifted from its original position and avoids back firing and no corrosion. Blower is having balance impeller for smooth operation. Economiser recovers maximum possible heat from the flue gases which in turn achieves highest thermal efficiency. Complete combustion assured high CO2% and negligible carbon. For FO fired units oil pre-heater is provided. Salient features: fully automatic, 89% efficiency, instant steam, compact-light weight, high thermal efficiency, built-in water pre-heater, pressure sensitive trips/restarts automatically with rise/fall in pressure, and a host of other safety features.
