Boiler Water Treatment Chemical

HydroX is a breakthrough technology of Hydro-X A/S, Denmark, for conditioning of boiler water in industry. It involves a physico-chemical process of treatment and is a blend of various organic and inorganic compounds which react in a synergistic way to control different parameters of the boiler water. The organic compounds in HydroX are responsible for: prevention of scale formation, loosening of existing scales, formation of a corrosion protection layer, oxygen scavenging, sludge conditioning, and foam suppression. The inorganic compounds take care of the hardness, protect the iron surface, preserve the magnetite layer, and control the pH. As a net result, HydroX assures pure and neutral steam and longer boiler life. Another advantage of this technology is that it is simple in application and its effect is immediate. It can be dosed continuously without hampering boiler operation.
