Boilers, Three Pass Fully Wet Back Design

Thermodyne Industrial Products offers Thermodyne range of three pass Fully Wet Back Boilers. The boiler is manufactured on the well-established design of Thermodyne which focuses to give highest fuel efficiency there by resulting on high saving in fuel cost. The boiler will be compact, economical and efficient with adequate thermal efficiency based on the GCV of fuel. The boiler is a three pass fully wet back design, which incorporates two passes of smoke tubes in addition to the furnace. Thermodyne boilers are manufactured to the highest quality standards, meeting latest IBR and international codes like BS, ASME, etc., for exports. Flue tube is provided with bowling hoop(s)/stiffener rings to take care of thermal expansion and to reduce thermal stresses. The boiler has smooth hinged door mechanism for smoke boxes for easy tube cleaning. Due to full wet back design, there is nil rear end refractory maintenance. Thermodyne boiler fire bars are specially designed out of heat resistant cast iron to give full combustion and long life without expensive maintenance. Due to this, with minimum modifications, a wide variety of fuels can be used such as coal, wood, saw dust, wood chips, groundnut husk and briquette. To ensure smooth operations sound selection and acceptance norms are adopted for all accessories, including pumps, motors, fans, valves, burner, etc. Thermodyne boiler comes with completely pre-wired, tested control panel assembly for safe and smooth operations. Specific designs to suit individual fuel firing applications like oil or gas or combination dual fuel, with all types of oil (heavy, medium, low) and gas (natural, biogas, LNG/LPG), are available.
