Boiler fuel cost saving system

G R Prakash & Associates offers a novel system that saves boiler fuel cost. Fuel oil can be saved drastically and more can be generated from the boiler for same quantity of fuel by installing this emulsified fuel firing system. The system uses the principle of mixing of water into fuel-oils which not only produced more efficient combustion, but also reduces the output of noxious pollutants drastically. The GRPEmulsified Fuel Firing Systems (GRP-EFF) produces stable water-in-oil emulsified-fuel that offers superior combustion, cleaner operations, higher efficiency and better product/fuel ratio both qualitatively and economically. It accepts water up to 17%, also accepts inferior quality of hydro-carbons (HCs) like fatty-acid residue, pitch, coal-tar bitumen, etc. Even though generation in case of inferior HCs, due to calorific value differences, are decidedly lower, there are significant economical benefits especially in these days of constant fuel hikes. A unit consuming fuel of atleast 10 kl per day can make savings up to Rs 1 crore per year, by suitably installing GRP-EFF system and using fuel and pitch. It is ideal for industries having high rate of fuel consumption (at least 10 kls per day) especially in breweries, cement industries, dairies, hotels, fertiliser plants, oil and soap industries, textile mills, pharmaceuticals, sugar mills, refineries, ceramic fibre installations, glass plants, metallurgical and petrochemical industries, etc. Complete project profile and economics of system installation can be e-mailed to prospective actual users.
