Fairdeal Trading Corporation offers a high precision low backlash range of Worm Reducers from Liming, Taiwan. The WE series aluminium alloy worm reducers are a new generation of products launched on the basis of the E series products available in this plant. The compact aluminium alloy extruded body features good dissipation. The surface undergoing electrotype is aesthetic and stainless. The worm screw is made of aluminium molybdenum alloy (SCM415). After acceleration and polishing, the worm screw delivers smooth transmission in minimum noise and maximum torque, making it apt for all purpose installations (< 8 arc min). It is a worm gearbox for servo application suitable for transmission system, indexing, positioning and sizing application such as: 4th axis of machine tools; rotary and index tables; robots; and positioning and sizing devices.
