Toothed-Belt Unit With Gliding Guide System

DryLin® N low profile guide systems offer you low profiles in various widths. Like in all DryLin® products the carriage runs without lubrication in anodised aluminium profiles. The material used and the unique design make DryLin® N a cost-efficient and flexible guide system. The toothed-belt unit with the DryLin® N guide system is suited to dynamic applications. With speeds of 10 m/s and accelerations of up to 75 m/s², it is capable of producing two double strokes of 500 mm in one second. The masses moved are minimized through the use of the DryLin® guide system, which provides an absolutely lubricant-free drive unit. Product: DryLin® N NK-02-80. Main criteria for use: high speed; and lubricant-free. Technical data: permissible static surface pressure – 1.0 kN; and operation temperature – -40°C/+90°C.
