Power Ace Engineering Company offers Beier speed variators manufactured by Sumitomo Japan. The Beier variator is an adjustable speed drive through an ingenious tractional transmission mechanism using multiple metal discs. It is currently the most advanced adjustable speed traction drive produced, and serves hundreds of industries throughout the world. Features: heavy load capacity; large overload resistance; long life; high efficiency; space saving compactness; speed adjustment manually or electric remote control; low vibration; concentric shaft arrangement; most suitable in flame proof areas; and high torque at low speeds is obtained. Beier variators are available from 0.2 to 150 kW, having output speed range of 1200-300 RPM. Any other speed range is available with combination of cyclo speed reducers and motors.
