Jonson Rubber Industries manufactures Rubber Transmission Belts as well as Conveyor Belts. The constructional features of Rubber Transmission Belts: width - 25 to 1200 mm; length - 100 m roll length; fabrics - hard cotton ducks/soft cotton ducks/synthetic fabrics; plies - 2 to 12 plies; type of edges - cut edges and round/folded edges; and colours - beige, grey, camel, yellow, black and other colours as per customer requirement. The company produces the Belts as per international standards. Special features: uniformity in thickness and width; higher longitudinal and transverse strengths; higher levels of adhesion; controlled elongation; lighter in weight thus consuming less power; improved resistance to flex fatigue test; and available in variety of colours.
