These sprockets are precision machined to reduce noise and ensure smooth operation and high efficiency in chain drive. The company recommends sprockets with largest possible diameter in order to reduce strain and to minimise polygonal effect. Also hobbing cut sprockets with induction hardened teeth can be manufactured.
