Power Shift Transmission

The Twin Disc power-shift transmission, 2600 Series, Model TD-44-2600 has four speeds forward and four in reverse; and, the TD-61-2600 has six speeds forward and one in reverse. This series is rated between 400 and 700 HP (gross). The maximum input speed is 2200 RPM (depending on specific model transmission. The hydraulic torque converter is mounted to the engine, and the transmission is remotely mounted in the machine frame. Optional integral arrangement allows mounting both torque converter and transmission directly to engine. The hydraulic torque converter is single-stage 17, 18 or 18.5?, type 8 circuits; and wet flywheel.
