Esgi Tools offers Gear Hobs. These hobs are used for generating gears of maximum accuracy with finishing, pre-shaving with or without protuberance and semi topping profiles. Esgi Tools manufactures hobs for involute gears, worm gears, sprockets, splines and serrations in Class "AA", "A" and "B" as per DIN 3968. These are manufactured from HSS grades i.e., M 35 and ASP 30. Hobs are designed in single, multi-start, finishing, pre-shaving and pre-grinding with or without semi-topping as per customers requirement. These are supplied to OEMs and their vendors in tractor, two wheeler, commercial vehicles and machine tool industries.
