Ingeco Gears offers ‘Ingeco’ Helical Speed Reducer with built-in thrust housing (IPH Series). Features: innovative design of single piece housing with all six sides machined; hardened and ground alloy steel helical gears for improved torque transmissions; overcomes the problem of incorporating separate thrust housing with built in thrust housing; spherical thrust bearing used to absorb and withstand maximum thrust load; and inline direct assembly of hollow output shaft to screw barrel of the extruder saves sample space. IPH Series is available in 8 sizes suited for up to 80 HP and ratio of 10:1 and 15:1. Developed mainly for single screw plastic & rubber extruders and for blow molding machines
