Helical Gear Speed Reducer

The Helical Gear Speed Reducer, IPH Series is the modern development and designed specifically for use on systems for single screw extrusion of various materials such as plastic and rubber. It is also widely used in plastic blow moulding machines. It has single piece close grain C.I housing which gives a rigid robust construction incorporating high precision hardened helical gear train for improved torque transmission. The helical gear is made according to the updated AGMA standards and offer maximum co-efficient as to weight to power relation. The hollow output shaft supported on large diameter long life precision taper roller/spherical thrust bearings, which are fixed with back-to-back arrangement to withstand and absorb maximum thrust load occurring at moulding spots.
