Metal Expansion Joints

Pathway Bellows offers round corner rectangular metal expansion joints that do not contain a miter weld. Any longitudinal welds made in the corner section of the unit are made on a flat bed welding machine in the tube state before the corner is formed. This eliminates the stress riser in the corner, increasing the fatigue life by a factor of 6 over a mitered corner design.
