These drives run smoother, quieter and deliver maximum horsepower without slippage of drive power. This arrangement for tensioning is available in tensioners such as single adjustment, double adjustment and positioner as angle mounted and flange mounted series, which will increase the life of the equipment through smooth drive power. The controlled tensioning eliminates shock loading through excessive chain vibration and horsepower loss. These are used in chain drives timing belt drives, V-belt drives and flat belt drives. The drive components are available with needles roller bearing and with phosphorous bearing as required and are available in ready stock. Type of component like chain drive ranges from pitch 1/ 4th to 1.5 inches in single, double and multiple stands and for timing belt of classical and HTD drives, V-pulleys for Z, A and B section.
