Belt Transmission Alignment Tool

Tribotech offers a Belt Transmission Alignment Tool, Model EasyLaser D90, developed and manufactured by Damalini AB, Sweden for measuring and aligning of machines and plants. Damalini EasyLaser technology is used for measurement and alignment of rotary machinery, shafts-couplings, belt transmission, straightness, flatness, squareness, parallelity, spindle alignment, level and plumbline. EasyLaser D90 is a compact, lightweight unit fits all application for alignment of sheave/pulley. Features of EasyLaser D90: fits most sheave applications; shows the picture of angular and parallel misalignment; measuring and correcting axial run-out; belt alignment with single operator; and faster, easy and more accurate than conventional methods like straight edge and string method. EasyLaser D90 kit consists of two adjustable magnetic targets and works on 2 x R6 (AA) batteries and as measurement distance up to 10 mtr and accuracy better then 0.5 mm or 0.2 mm.
