Worm Gearbox

Standard horizontal worm gearbox reduction gear units are manufactured in different sizes in adopter as well as solid foot mounting type to transmit minimum 0.05 HP and maximum 90 HP power with a selection of correct sizes. These are normally available in reduction ratios of 5:1, 10:1, 15:1, 20:1, 30:1, 40:1, 50:1, 60:1, and 70:1. Also higher ratio from 100:1 to 4900:1 can be given on specific inquiries. These are manufactured as per DIN standard in sizes from 28 mm centres to 315 mm centres, in ratios from 5:1 to 70:1 in horizontal as well as vertical type; and double reduction also in both types with ratios from 100:1 to 4900:1.
