Spareage offers Nirlon V Belt. Nirlon Reliable V-Belt is a Polyester reinforced V-Belt is being manufactured at Spareage's OEM Plant using modern equipment and advanced process technology. The plant is equipped with a sophisticated laboratory and manned by qualified and experienced technical personnel to ensure high quality standards. The product is also supported by professionally qualified Marketing and Technical service personnel, to give customers the correct advice regarding belt selection, storage, installation, maintenance and trouble shooting.

Construction

• The cover is manufactured from a cotton polyester fabric impregnated with special compound or rubber. This cover resists external influence & secures uniform friction against pulley groves.
• The Cushion rubber maintains good adhesion of the tension member & holds it in the correct position.
• The tension member is made of specially treated polyester cords, which have high tensile strength, low elongation & excellent resistance to bending fatigue.
• For the belt long life, specially compounded compressed rubber is used to resist extreme heat and compression.
