Uni-Axis Twin Output Shaft Gearbox

Kavitsu offers gearbox for mixers, stirrers, etc. It has two uni-axis output shafts, one hollow and the other solid, rotating at different speeds in opposite directions. The resulting turbulent flow of liquid in the pot helps the stirring of the material effectively. An effective mixing means saving of time and power. Both the shafts are mounted on taper roller bearings, which eliminates the need for bearing housing. The bearings also take the load of a fan or stirrer. Both the shafts are provided with suitable key/flange for fixing the blades of the fan or stirrer. These gearboxes are supplied in the range of 0.25 HP to 10 HP with a minimum ratio of 3:17. Eight different ratios are offered between 3:17 and 10:04 in single stage. More ratios are available in multistage gearboxes.
