Timing Belt

The Timing Belt, Endura Hi-Tech is available in three main categories i.e., classical, wedge & narrow. Classical: top width to height ratio is 1.6:1, maximum permissible belt speed is 30 m/sec and permissible flex rate is around F is equal to 80/sec. Wedge: top width to height ratio is 1.2:1; maximum permissible belt speed is 42 m/sec and permissible flex rate is around F is equal to 100/sec. Narrow: maximum permissible belt speed is 30 m/sec and permissible flex rate is around F is equal to 80/sec.The compound used to build up these belts are well chosen to match the stipulated power ratings, thus offering distinct advantages regarding the increased factor of safety on critical drives. Advantages: This belt is preset and all the belts are manufactured under special conditions to maintain uniform length. Any belt of the same size can be used on the drive to make a set; a belt exceeds the power rating requirements under IS-2494 & BS 3790 regulations.
