Pix Transmissions offers PIX-X’act range STD Belts that come with specially designed parabolic tooth, which engages with the pulley without any interference as a result the concentration of stress at the root is completely eliminated. The tooth provides a passage for air between the belt and pulley to exit easier. Its specially designed high modulus compound, fibre glass cords and the tough wear resistant nylon facing fabric ensure that PIX-X’act STD belt indeed delivers much higher torque and power than any other timing belts. It also expands the application of timing belt field by replacing conventional chain and gear drive. The unique tooth design enables the distribution of load str esses over the entire belt tooth. The teeth are perfectly placed into the pulley grooves and the tooth compression is reduced to minimum. Its special design facilitates quiet running of the drive with minimum noise, increase in horsepower and a compact design with longer service life. Features: high efficiency with exact transmission ratio, high tensile strength, constant velocity ratio, length stability, low noise and mass, maintenance-free, compact drive, increased resistance to tooth shear, higher resistance to tooth jump, good resistance to rapidly varying load, and longer life.
