Atlanta Gmbh, Germany, offers Servo Worm Gearboxes for highest precision and heavy loads. Atlanta gearbox family has four different series. The HT- high torque series with 150% output torque and very low adjustable backlash < 1 arc min. These gearboxes are used for highest precision and axis of rotary tables. The HP is a high performance series with 100% output torque and adjustable backlash < 2 arc min. These gearboxes are used for driving axis of robotics and gantry applications. The E-economic series comes with 100% output torque and backlash < 6 arc min. These are used for lifting axis for gantry, and pick ‘n’ place applications. The Basic B-servo series comes with 90% output torque and backlash < 12 arc min. These are used for low mass lifting axis, low cost servo applications. The reduction ratio ranges from 4.75 to 52 for all series. These gearboxes are lifetime lubricated and are available with shrink disc and keyway connection at the output.
