POLYURETHANE TIMING BELTS

Optibelt GmbH offers Polyurethane Timing Belts, Alpha. It is made of high-quality drive elements that are particularly suited for each and every segment of the machinery construction sector. It is manufactured in moulds for lengths of up to 2,350 mm. It is made primarily of hard wearing polyurethane and are also reinforced with extremely durable, yet flexible tension cords for power transmission. The advantages of this moulding process include the extraordinarily high pitch accuracy and the low permissible variation. Alpha special belt is used wherever something has to be transported, positioned or supplied. Whether coated, perforated, mechanically finished or equipped with lugs, they always offer sufficient scope for innovative drive solutions. Alpha linear is extruded, open-ended timing belt equipped with tension cords parallel to the belt edges. It is used primarily in linear and transport applications. It is also available as endless Alpha V timing belts in a wide variety of lengths. Alphaflex timing belts are manufactured as endless belts, i.e., without a break in the tension cord, in an extrusion process. Lengths range from approx 1,500 to 24,000 mm, every belt is also available with a woven material on the teeth or on the backing. Alpha SRP are manufactured as endless timing belts directly in the mould by means of a special process.
