Its balanced planetary kinematics and the associated load sharing make it truly ideal for servo applications. It can be used for following servo applications: machine tool, aerospace, plastics industry, robotics, material handling, assembly, automotive, medical, food/ beverage industry, packaging, textile, paper mills, telecommunications, etc. Specifications: output torque T2N - 14-2000 Nm; low backlash - 1-stage: =1arcmin/=3arcmin/=5arcmin, 2-stage: =3arcmin / =5arcmin / =7arcmin; high efficiency 1-stage: > 96%, 2-stage: > 93%; and ratios - 1-stage: 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10, 2-stage: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 /60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100. Operation: The power is transmitted from the motor to sun gear. The sun gear drives three planet gears, which are contained within an internal toothed ring gear. The planet gears are mounted on the planet carrier with double wall supports. When the sun gear rotates, it drives the three planet gears inside the ring gear. As planet gears rotate with carriers, automatically the output shaft rotates.
