Herringbone (Double Helical Gearbox)

Kavitsu Transmissions is engaged in designing and manufacturing of full range of planetary, helical, bevel gear boxes, slew ring bearings with slew gearbox and planetary winches in power rating capacity from 0.5 kW to 750 kW for the last 18 years. The company supplies gearboxes to multinational as well as various OEMs for different applications, just like sugar plant machinery, food processing industry, sugar, cement, chemical, textile industries also for material handling. It has also developed a new gearbox of Herringbone (double helical) type for power rating capacity of 300 kW, which is used in the field of wire drawing and steel rolling mills. The company also designs and develops this type of gearboxes as per customers’ requirements.
