Helical gear unit

Super Glatt Machinery manufactures Zeal brand helical gear units. They are smooth, smart and have silent functioning. Modular design conforms to established standards; the gear body is good in appearance, is made of close grain cast iron Grade- 20, and machined on imported boring machine. The gear and pinion is made from case hardened alloy steel and profile grinding after case hardening and tempering, on imported gear grinding machine. The unit comes with in-built heavy duty thrust and roller bearings. Pinion, gears and bearings are automatically and positively lubricated at all spread by splash of oil from the sump thus no special attention is necessary except periodically checking of oil level. In-built heavy-duty thrust bearing eliminates need of separate thrust housing between gearbox and barrel.
