Sempertrans offers Transtherm Heat-resistant Belt designed to withstand mechanical and thermal stresses generated during conveying of materials at temperatures between 100°C and 220°C with possible peaks at 300°C. The company offers three possible structures:
- Multiply consisting of 2 to 4 plies of EP or PP (polyamide warp and polyamide weft) woven fabric with rubber interfaces.
- Multiply consisting of EP or PP (polyamide warp and polyamide weft) woven fabric with rubber interfaces protected by an anti-shock metal shield incorporated in the top cover
- Entirely metal carcass comprising a heat shield incorporated in the top cover. (MWH belt that heat shield has the property of evacuating the stored calories).
