The unit is equipped with sophisticated imported machinery for gear hobbing and gear shaping to meet the profiles and accuracies required for different types of gears. To harden gear teeth, sprockets and rolls, the company had installed high frequency induction hardening equipment imported from Germany. With these special machines, the unit is well set to manufacture gears and sprockets up to 2200 mm diameter, 20 module and face width up to 600 mm by hobbing.
