The gearboxes undergo stringent quality inspection at all stages from raw material to final inspection. It has supplied more than 1,40,000 gearboxes of different sizes in different industries. Gearbox, Model FFS Horizontal, is available in various sizes. Standard models have right hand thread. Worms and worm wheels are manufactured to class A limits of accuracy specified in IS 3734-1983. Worm wheels comprise high quality phosphor bronze P82-C cast rim rigidly fixed to a strong CI hub. Worm wheel teeth are generated by the hobbing process with superior finishing techniques. These gearboxes are working efficiently in industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, sugar mills, etc.
