Maxocross belts are extremely rigid. The cross stability is achieved by a special belt construction. Therefore almost all Maxocross belts are produced with two separate rigid layers, which means an improved and increased cross stability. The exceptions are the XEM belts. Maxocleat profiles are normally moulded to ensure a consistent high quality and profile shape retention. For lighter applications it can offer the EXT extruded cleats. From 110 mm (T&TC) Maxocleats can be delivered with textile reinforcement. On request special steel reinforced fabric can be used in cleats from and above 360 mm. Maxocleats higher than 230 mm are delivered as "combi" cleats meaning that the cleat consists of 2 parts, a base/foot piece and a blade. It is possible to replace the blade with a PU blade. Maxoflex sidewalls are available from 40-600 mm high. These sidewalls are characterised by being extremely stable in the transverse direction. This is very important for the belt support on the return side. Combined with its high flexibility in the running direction as well as very high abrasion resistance maximum durability is achieved and an improved belt life is assured.
