Panchal Machinery manufactures TPM – series of twin shaft extruder gearboxes in India under exclusive licence from Henschel antriebstechnik GmbH, Germany. The manufacturing range is 44, 55, and 75.35 mm centres in counter rotating gearboxes for plastic extrusion machinery. The company has consolidated its position in the Indian gear industry as a manufacturer of a wide range of gearboxes, which conform to the quality expectation of both domestic and international market. Reduction gear units are manufactured in different sizes in adopter as well as solid foot mounting type to transmit minimum 0.05 HP and maximum 90 HP with selection of correct sizes. These are normally available in reduction ratios of 5:1, 10:1, 15:1, 20:1, 30:1, 40:1, 50:1, 60:1 and 70:1. Also higher ratio from 100:1 to 4900:1 can be given on specific inquiries.
