Extruder Gearbox, Single Shaft

Panchal Machinery manufactures single shaft extruder gearboxes from sizes 112 to 225 in different ratios suitable for plastic extruder machines. The housing is made of graded close grain cast iron and helical gears are manufactured from high quality all on steel and forgings properly heat treated and profile ground. The high capacity taper roller of 29 series is utilised for taking enough thrust load for extruder. The company has consolidated its position in the Indian gear industry as a manufacturer of a wide range of gearboxes, which conform to the quality expectation of both domestic and international market. Reduction gear units are manufactured in different sizes in adopter as well as solid foot mounting type to transmit minimum 0.05 HP and maximum 90 HP with selection of correct sizes. These are normally available in reduction ratios of 5:1, 10:1, 15:1, 20:1, 30:1, 40:1, 50:1, 60:1 and 70:1. Also higher ratio from 100:1 to 4900:1 can be given on specific inquiries.
