Cross Belt & Inline Over Belt Separators

Cross belt suspended separator magnets provide a true self-cleaning industrial magnetic separator systems solution, for continuous metal recovery from your conveyed materials. Ferrous metals are magnetically pulled out of your non-ferrous conveyed materials; ferrous materials collect on the self-cleaning magnetic separator belt and are conveyed and discharged into the hopper. Electro Flux OBMS self-cleaning type uses a two-pulley design. Self-cleaning magnets are mounted in line with the material flow, while cross belt self-cleaning magnets remove the ferrous materials over the side of the conveyor. Self-cleaning components: shaft mounted speed reducer, PMDC motor, heavy cleated rubber belt, self-aligning sealed bearings, four point suspension, and a rugged structural steel frame.
