Correctable Backlash Reducer

CorBac correctable backlash reducer makes it possible to correct or reset mechanical backlash without removing the reducer from the machine. Minimum backlash is maintained for the life of the unit and low mechanical backlash ensures accuracy. The CorBac reducer uses an eccentric to drive double toothed crown gears. Features include: low inertia, high torsional rigidity, and precise repeatability. The units are available in 5 standard sizes, offer input speeds to 5,000 RPM, torque capacity to 7,400 ft-lb, 80% efficiency, and lifetime lubrication. Ratios from 12:1 to 100: 1 can be realised by mounting in tandem.
